Supervise daily security operations, including patrols, CCTV surveillance, and access control to ensure optimal safety standards. Lead and coordinate security personnel to respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies. Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches or incidents, documenting findings accurately. Manage conflict resolution with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations. Oversee loss prevention strategies by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting inspections, and implementing preventative measures. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies to ensure proper procedures are followed. Train and mentor team members on security protocols, first aid procedures such as CPR, and emergency response actions to enhance team readiness.

Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service or related fields emphasizing leadership roles. Strong knowledge of surveillance systems including CCTV operation and monitoring techniques. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations calmly and effectively. Certifications in first aid, CPR, or law enforcement training are highly desirable. Familiarity with loss prevention practices and security protocols tailored to diverse environments. Ability to perform detailed incident reporting and maintain accurate records in high-pressure situations. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, emergency responders, and external agencies.
