About The Role:

OCS is looking for a Security Team Leader to support operations in Liverpool City Centre on several corporate and front of house sites.



This role combines the responsibilities of front-of-house services, OCS staff support, training, development and operating on different sites as required by the client.



Candidates will require a front line SIA licence.



We are looking for a charismatic and and customer focused person to join the team in Liverpool and develop the contract.

Key Responsibilities

As part of your role, your duties will include (but are not limited to):


Providing day-to-day leadership and management to all security operations. Acting as the designated first responder to incidents, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution. Supporting the mobilisation of new sites, including site evaluations, client liaison, key control, welfare considerations, and security provision requirements. Taking ownership of the contract vehicle fleet, overseeing maintenance and addressing issues as required. Deputising for the Account Manager during their absence.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:


Right to Work in the UK. Valid

SIA Licence

(essential). Ability to lead, motivate, support, and communicate effectively with a team. Proactive, reliable, and responsible approach. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels, from visitors to senior management.

Additional Requirements

All successful applicants will be required to undergo screening and vetting in line with

BS7858 standards
