SEND Teaching Assistant - Make a Difference Every Day!
Location : Banbury
Position: Full Time, Term Time Only
Daily Pay: 95 - 110 a day

Your Role Will Include:
Support children with SEND in accessing the curriculum Delivering targeted interventions under the guidance of the class teacher and SENDco Assisting with behaviour management, emotional regulation, and communication development Building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families. Helping create an inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued. Working closely with staff, therapists, and external professionals as needed.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous experience working with children who have SEND Is calm, compassionate, and resilient Has an Enhanced DBS Check (Or be willing to complete one ) Has a relevant qualification (E.g Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
