SEND Teaching Assistant - Littlehampton

Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex


Hours: 08:30 AM - 03:30 PM, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only


Start Date: ASAP


Salary: 89 per day PAYE, temp to perm


Join a caring Littlehampton primary as a SEND Teaching Assistant and help children with additional needs access a creative and inclusive curriculum.


Key Responsibilities:


o Support pupils with SEND in class and through targeted interventions.


o Implement strategies from EHCPs and liaise with teachers and external agencies.


o Support communication, sensory needs and personal care where necessary.


o Contribute to a safe and welcoming classroom environment.





Skills & Experience / What We're Looking For:


o Experience with SEND preferred but not essential.


o Transferable skills: compassion, adaptability, clear communication, teamwork.


o Ability to follow plans and maintain confidentiality.
