You will be involved in the reviewing of our Additional Learning Needs policy and process, and where appropriate, will disseminate awareness and support to all staff.

You will design and deliver an enrichment programme to all learners, but especially those aged 16-18 years of age, promoting healthy lifestyles, appropriate relationships, and how to stay safe. This will include planning webinars, online/ face to face awareness sessions, creating displays for learner notice boards.

You will monitor, on a monthly basis all learners with an Education Health Care Plan, (EHCP), and record and report on these reviews involving both internal and external professionals.

Where appropriate you will be involved in supporting our 'looked after' learners, including attending care review meetings.
