The Role

• Monday to Friday, Full Time working hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Salary: 50k to 80k per annum DOE
• Hybrid working model - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
• Location: London just a 2 min walk from South Kensington tube station
• Lead on a range of complex family law matters, with a particular emphasis on finance-related cases
• Draft legal documents including divorce applications, financial remedy proceedings, non-molestation orders, and TOLATA claims
• Provide expert legal advice and maintain high-quality client relationships
• Manage a full caseload independently and efficiently
• Oversee and support the legal team within the London office, including mentoring junior solicitors, paralegals, and support staff
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members as the branch grows
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure team development
• Drive a collaborative, high-integrity working culture aligned with the firm's values
• Contribute to operational decisions and long-term business planning for the London branch
• Maintain accurate records of case documentation, billing, and correspondence
• Promote the firm's profile through business development and community engagement

About You

• Minimum of 3 years' PQE in Family Law, with a strong background in finance-related cases
• Previous experience managing or supervising a team within a legal environment is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and lead a small team, fostering a supportive and productive environment
• Commercial awareness and a growth mindset
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and client care
