Job Description

A Senior Marketing Manager position for a life sciences and technology company based in Sheffield. This will be a varied full mix marketing management role, leading a team of 3 junior marketers and managing the marketing strategy. This position is offering hybrid working.

The key responsibilities for the Senior Marketing Manager will include:

• Oversee the execution of the Group\'s Corporate Marketing Strategy.
• Management of a small marketing team.
• Develop, implement, and maintain marketing projects and campaigns using available resources optimally.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and manage branding for new and existing products.
• Coordinate and supervise all marketing activities, including PR, advertising, social media, events, and promotions.
• Cultivate professional relationships that align with the company\'s core values, both internally and externally.
• Actively establish and sustain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales and support departments.
• Develop and manage a dynamic marketing strategy, utilising the marketing teams resources to best effect.
• Develop and manage social media strategy for both B2B and B2C customers.
• Manage agencies/external stakeholders essential to marketing functions.
• Reporting to senior directors on marketing campaign performance.

Hybrid Working|Lead an established marketing team

The successful Marketing Manager will have the following skills and experience:

• 4+ years experience in Marketing Management
• Experience working within a B2B marketing environment.
• Team management experience.
• Any exposure or experience within the agriculture or farming industry would be advantageous
• Experience in copy-writing and developing marketing messaging.
• Experienced with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Experience with CMS
• Track record of managing social media management systems and platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and a collaborative team player.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative approach to problem-solving.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Good cultural sensitivity and adaptability to different time zones.

Our client are an international life science company who specialise in products for the agriculture and farming industry. With over 30 years experience in industry, they have a well established marketing function and are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the team.

On offer for the successful Senior Marketing Manager:

- Up to \xc2\xa350,000 starting salary, based on experience

- Hybrid working, up to 3 days in office

- 25 days annual leave

- 6% pension contribution
