What you'll do:
Lead and supervise Care Practitioners overnight Support residents with personal, emotional, and social needs Maintain and review care plans Administer medication safely Be a key contact for families and professionals Ensure a safe, clean environment Promote meaningful night-time routines Support staff development
What you'll need:
NVQ Level 3 (or working towards Diploma Level 3) in Health & Social Care Supervisory/team-leading experience Strong communication and organisational skills Commitment to person-centred care Ability to work night shifts on a rota Enhanced DBS check
