Monday - Friday plus Saturday Rota.

We are looking for an organized individual looking for an admin role within the property industry. We are have a position available for a Lettings administrator in our branch. As a lettings administrator you will play a crucial role in providing admin support and ensuring the smooth operation of our property letting processes including maintenance coordination . If you have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering customer service we would love to hear from you.

Assist the lettings team with the management of managed portfolio Handle tenant enquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses via email, in person or telephone Coordinate property inspections, ensure compliance certificates are up to date and organize renewal, address maintenance issue in a timely manner. Carry out property inspections Support the property management team in various admin tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars and liase with contractors.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00 per year
