This role is within BIMM University - Birmingham campus.

About the Role

The post holder will act as a key point of contact for students experiencing challenging personal circumstances, providing pastoral support, and helping them to access appropriate services including referrals to external agencies such as healthcare providers, local authorities, and charities with whom the team maintain strong links.

They will have a particular knowledge and skill set in a specific area of student support that will enable them to provide tailored support to complex student cases relating to the subject area; both with a direct caseload and providing information, advice and support to the Student Wellbeing team.
