Key Responsibilities
SEO Management
Maintain and strengthen our existing top Google rankings.
Conduct ongoing keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and technical SEO to improve visibility and conversions.
Track and report SEO performance, providing actionable insights.
PPC Campaigns
Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms).
Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Create and test ad copy, extensions, and landing pages for improved Quality Score and conversion rates.
Analyze performance data and produce reports on KPIs.
Strategy & Growth
Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO and PPC efforts with broader business goals.
Identify new trends and tools in digital marketing to keep campaigns competitive.
Implement A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
Requirements
Proven track record in
SEO
and
PPC management
with measurable results.
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and paid media best practices.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, or similar tools.
Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and tracking pixels/tags.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with our team.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with social ads (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) for complementing PPC.
Understanding of local SEO for strengthening regional presence.
Familiarity with content marketing and email marketing integration.
