We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our busy, friendly Service team at our Hyundai and Suzuki Dealership in Swindon.
You will be responsible for making and receiving calls to Service Customers and liaising with our Service Advisors regarding customer bookings and appointments. You will undertake administrative duties for the department using our in-house systems to update records, process paperwork and filing.
Experience Required:
- Previous administration and customer service experience is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- Able to work well as part of a team
