Up to 30,000 per annum

Contract:

Full-Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

Schedule:

Flexible hours including evenings and weekends (rota basis)

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Service Coordinator to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent, supporting young people within our OFSTED-regulated supported accommodation service. This is a meaningful opportunity to help young people overcome challenges, build resilience, and move confidently toward independent living.

About the Role


As a Service Coordinator, you will be the primary point of support for a caseload of young people aged 16-18. You will deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support that promotes safety, stability, and independence. Working flexibly as part of a rota, you will play a key role in safeguarding, development planning, and building trusted relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Provide consistent, person-centred support in line with safeguarding and risk management procedures Deliver and review one-to-one and group sessions based on tailored support plans Help young people build independence, life skills, and confidence Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, risk assessments, and incident logs using our CRM system Act as the main point of contact for your caseload, working collaboratively with families, professionals, and external agencies Respond to emergencies and lone-work when required Ensure service delivery meets OFSTED standards for Supported Accommodation

What We're Looking For



Essential:



Experience supporting young people in supported accommodation Strong knowledge of safeguarding and care planning Confident communication and de-escalation skills Ability to build positive, professional relationships Flexibility to work evenings and weekends A genuine commitment to making a lasting difference Alignment with our values-driven and Christian ethos

Desirable:



Experience with trauma-informed or strengths-based approaches Experience of lone working in support or care environments IT skills and experience using CRM systems (e.g., Pyramid) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
