Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.


This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of EV maintenance services by managing engineer schedules, coordinating logistics, and maintaining strong communication with clients, manufacturers, and internal teams.


You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring timely service delivery, and supporting the growth of our field service team.

Essential:


Proven experience in service coordination, scheduling, or operations planning. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team liaison. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling or CRM systems. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities.
Desirable:


Previous experience in EV, utilities, or field service environments. Familiarity with logistics or supply chain coordination. Understanding of EV infrastructure and maintenance workflows.
responsibilities


Proactively plan and manage Field Service Engineers' (FSEs) diaries to ensure efficient scheduling and minimal downtime. Support the EV Team Leader with administrative tasks, workload forecasting, and resource planning based on demand trends. Coordinate and dispatch work orders via client portals and internal systems, ensuring timely response to service tickets. Manage parts logistics, including requesting and tracking parts from the warehouse to site. Complete and submit accurate job reports and invoices for previous day's work. Maintain professional and timely communication with clients, Charge Point Operators (CPOs), and manufacturers. Attend and contribute to weekly calls with CPOs, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders. Review and track ongoing client campaigns and service projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables. Collaborate with the wider Envevo team to ensure smooth cross-regional operations and resource allocation. Monitor and manage incoming emails and work orders, prioritising tasks and taking ownership of workload. Identify and escalate issues related to scheduling, parts, or service delivery, offering solutions where possible. Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and contributing to best practices.
