Tribotics Ltd designs, manufactures, and supports specialist automated systems for customers in the UK and worldwide. We are a growing business with a strong focus on service, reliability, and customer support.
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team and support our busy service and operations function.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, high-pressure, office-based role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing multiple requests, and ensuring clear communication between customers, engineers, and internal teams.
This role involves managing multiple urgent requests at the same time and responding to changing priorities throughout the day, so strong organisation and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
Coordinating service requests and scheduling engineers
Managing multiple jobs simultaneously with a high-level, global view
Liaising with internal teams and external contacts, including customers and suppliers
Prioritising work effectively in a busy, high-pace environment
Providing updates and clear communication to customers and internal stakeholders
Maintaining accurate records and service information
Supporting the wider service and operations team as required
Skills & Experience:
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Comfortable working in a high-pressure, busy environment
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Ability to switch between tasks quickly while maintaining accuracy
Strong problem-solving mindset
Previous experience in coordination, admin, or service support is desirable but not essential
Suitability
This role would suit someone who enjoys being busy, likes solving problems, and is comfortable switching between tasks quickly.
This is an office-based role working standard business hours.
