Are you passionate about mental health and ready to play a pivotal role in delivering life-changing services for people living with anxiety? Anxiety UK is seeking a dynamic Service Coordinator to join our small, dedicated team.

As our Service Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Operations Manager to develop, deliver, and coordinate a range of services to support individuals with anxiety. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives while growing your career in a supportive, forward-thinking organisation.

Salary:

28,080 per annum

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location:

Fully remote

Contract term:

1 year

Annual Leave:

28 days (including Bank Holidays)

JOB DESCRIPTION



Key Responsibilities:



Co-ordinate and administer 1:1 talking therapy services Coordinate and administer peer support services, groups, and courses Co-ordinate self-care Infoline and Ask Anxia services Co-ordinate, and assist with the delivery of the 'TAUK' to us service 1:1 advice service Co-ordinate and administer training services Co-ordinate and administer the national participation group Assist in other cross-charity initiatives, services and developments

To attend training as required. To work in accordance with relevant legislation. To undergo regular monthly supervision and yearly appraisal. To undertake any other general duties as required by the charity.

We're looking for someone who is:

An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing with strong administrative and co-ordination skills Customer-service oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Adept at managing multiple tasks and competing priorities Flexible and collaborative, with a 'can-do' attitude Proficient in IT skills Able to work independently within organisational guidelines and as part of a small, cohesive team Interested in service delivery and development
