Successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating, day to day admin and customer service activities, for a busy central heating service department, as we now strive to take the department to the next level.
Day to day duties will include:
Ensuring the service department continues to delivery a high standard of service to our customers.
Manage customer expectations and deal with customer enquiries.
Work closely with management team to ensure day to day issues are dealt with and closed down swiftly.
Optimise engineer productivity with robust route and diary planning.
Implementation of KPI's with Office manager
Nurture new working relationships with large social and private landlords.
Must have previous experience in a busy office environment dealing with the general public and business to business.
Successful candidate must be self motivated and 'fresh' with new ideas. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and not be one of the crowd!
Central heating experience will be an advantage but not essential, applicant should have excellent communication skills to deal with customers and suppliers. Good IT skills are also essential.
Applicants will also be expected to carry out other ad-hoc office duties as part of a busy office.
40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, between 8am-5pm.
29 days holiday, including bank holidays
Salary: Excellent depending on experience
