We're a small, specialist family-owned fire safety and security company based in Syston, looking for an organised and customer-focused
Service Coordinator
to join our team.
The role:
You'll coordinate a small team of engineers, order materials and raise purchase orders, liaise with customers and ensure fire and security jobs run smoothly from start to finish. Delivering an excellent customer service experience will be at the heart of everything you do.

Key responsibilities:
Scheduling and coordinating engineers
Ordering materials and managing purchase orders
Liaising with customers and suppliers
Ensuring jobs are planned and delivered efficiently
Maintaining service records and supporting smooth operations
Editing and scheduling social media posts
Accurate administration and record keeping using CRM system
Receiving and making phone calls with customers / suppliers
About you:
Experience in service coordination, scheduling or operations (fire & security desirable but not essential)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (excel, word & outlook)
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Hours & benefits:
Mon-Thu: 8:30am-5:00pm (office based) | Fri: 8:30am-4:00pm (working from home)
