We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced Safety Health and Environment (SHE) Advisor to join our Transportation team based in Gloucester supporting the team to ensure the highest possible standards of SHEA responsibility are implemented across the business. Contract: Permanent, Fulltime

Salary: \xc2\xa334k - \xc2\xa345K + \xc2\xa34.5k car allowance + benefits

Responsibilities

As a SHE Advisor, you\xe2\x80\x99ll actively promote Safety, Health and Welfare, leading and setting a good example to other employees and stakeholders.

Your day to day will include:

\xc2\xb7 work closely with the operational teams in carrying out their roles and SHE responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 provide timely and affective operational SHE support and advice to the business unit

\xc2\xb7 assist the operational teams in developing Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.

\xc2\xb7 conduct regular and robust health and safety Inspections & Audits

\xc2\xb7 ensure that all SHE reporting requirements are provided accurately and in a timely manner

Who are we looking for?

This role of SHE Advisor is great for you if have:

\xc2\xb7 NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Experience in a similar role in the construction Industry

\xc2\xb7 Membership of relevant professional institution (e.g. Tech IOSH or above)

\xc2\xb7 Full UK Driving Licence
