We are seeking a friendly, organised and confident showroom & customer service coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers in person and over the phone. This role combines customer service, job scheduling and showroom sales support.
Key responsibilities:
Greeting customers in the showroom.
Assisting customers with fires, stoves, boilers and heating products.
Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries.
Booking and scheduling engineer appointments.
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming showroom.
Supporting the wider team with day to day operations.
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills
Confident communication (in person and on the phone)
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and booking systems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in admin and customer service preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 23,660.00-25,000.00 per year
