Site Parking Coordinator

Ocean BMW Plymouth are looking for a Site Parking Coordinator to join its high performing team and support the daily function of the . This is a great opportunity to join a small and supportive team and become an integral part of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

To control the movement and security of all vehicles on site ensuring the safety of our customers at all times. Ensure that vehicles are delivered to the workshop when needed. Act as a customer ambassador, meeting and greeting our customers. Ensure that our customers are able to park when they arrive on site. Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety on receipt of the vehicle and prior to handing back the vehicle to the customer. Ensure that damage reports are completed in accordance with Ocean policy and any damage pointed out to customers wherever possible. Complete any relevant documentation with the customer where necessary. Ensure courtesy vehicles are prepared to a high standard and ready for our customers. Collection and delivery of vehicles from customers homes or work premises. Chauffeur company personnel and/or customers where required. Collect / deliver small items where required.

Essential Skills:

Customer service skills. The ability to use technology such as IPads and Windows based software. Display an enthusiastic, motivated and committed approach to work. Attend on site as required within department opening hours. A full driving licence (Max 6 penalty points & with no DR/CD/DD/TT99 endorsement codes). Have not been declined insurance within the last 5 years. The ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles. The ability to manoeuvre vehicles in confined spaces. Eligibility to work in the UK.
