We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our Bookings Team in Wakefield. If you're confident on the phone, thrive on converting leads into bookings, and want to grow in a high-performance environment, we want to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing
Following up on warm inbound leads from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp & web
Converting enquiries into consultations for Invisalign, whitening, bonding, and more
Building rapport through a confident, friendly phone manner
Working closely with our marketing team to support ongoing campaigns
Hitting targets and contributing to the growth of a thriving private practice
What We're Looking For
1-2 years' experience in telesales, bookings, or phone-based customer service
A confident communicator, especially over the phone
Target-driven, motivated, and positive under pressure
A background in dental, aesthetics, healthcare or beauty a plus
