We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef/Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food and service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
Assist the Head Chef in the planning and execution of menus, ensuring creativity and seasonal relevance.
Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring dishes are served to the highest standards.
Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and teamwork.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock.
Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Qualifications
Good knowledge of food production techniques, culinary arts, and food safety regulations.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
