We are looking for an experienced and passionate chef to join our team! The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing South Indian dishes and able to handle a variety of cuisines in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Expertly prepare and cook South Indian items such as dosa, vada, parotta, biryani and manage batter preparation.
Prepare a variety of Chinese and Tandoori dishes.
Maintain consistency, quality, and taste in all food items.
Work efficiently during busy service hours and handle multiple orders under pressure.
Coordinate with coworkers and maintain good team spirit in the kitchen.
Requirements:
Proven experience in South Indian/Tamil cuisine.
Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen.
Strong sense of cleanliness and food safety.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
