Your Role
Deliver daily living support, fostering independence and self-care
Implement personalised care plans based on each child's goals and needs
Provide emotional support and positive guidance
Communicate effectively with families, professionals, and colleagues
Safely transport children to appointments and activities (if required)
Maintain accurate records and use IT systems for documentation
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What You'll Bring
Experience and/or qualifications working with vulnerable children
, particularly those with learning difficulties, global developmental delay, autism, or ADHD
Previous experience in childcare or similar settings is highly desirable
Ability to follow care plans effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driving licence preferred
Basic IT proficiency
