Children's Residential Support Worker (EBD/LD)

Location: Cheltenham

Salary: 27,600 per annum (incl. 5 contractual sleeps per month)

Overtime: 14.14 per hour inclusive of annual leave

Hours: Average 37.5 hours p/w (163 hours p/m)

The Role:

Join our passionate team in our 3-bed Children's Home, supporting incredible children aged 5 to 18. No two days are the same--expect fun, challenges, and the ultimate reward of seeing young people flourish.

You Will:

Have a passion to work with children. Provide support, stability, and fun! Be resilient and ready to handle challenges. Be flexible with hours (weekends, evenings, bank holidays). Hold a full UK driving licence with less than 6 points (company cars provided). Be prepared to undertake training to become qualified

Experience:

Previous experience of working with children is not essential but you must enjoy spending time with them If you have the right values and attitude we can provide you with all the training you need to make a positive contribution to a young persons life and have a thriving career with us
