Duties
Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients.
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times.
Assist in the development of new sushi recipes and menu items.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in sushi preparation techniques.
Requirements
