We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Maker to join our culinary team. As a Sushi Maker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Duties

Prepare and assemble sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with precision and care Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared according to food safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed Adhere to all health and safety regulations while preparing food Engage with customers when necessary, providing information about menu items and serving suggestions

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant environment Culinary experience with a focus on sushi making is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kiosk setting Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Previous experience in making sushi and customer interaction is an advantage

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
