We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and leading a team of kitchen staff to create high-quality dishes that reflect our restaurant's commitment to excellence.

Duties

Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and effective team collaboration. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation. Develop and design menus that cater to diverse tastes while adhering to seasonal availability. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen environment. Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and hospitality standards. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate innovative ideas into menu offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience working with a tandoor (Clay oven) Skilled in making soft and fluffy roti and naan (Plain, butter, garlic, etc.) Knowledge of traditional indian cooking techniques. Ability to maintain kitchen cleanliness and food quality standards. Punctual, reliable, and passionate about indian cusine.

Pay: 12.21-21.72 per hour
