Adam Bernard Solicitors is a fast-growing law firm seeking a confident and motivated
Telesales & Call Centre Agent
to join our team. You will be responsible for handling both
inbound and outbound calls
, assisting potential clients, and supporting our departments with lead generation and customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and previous telesales/call centre experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound calls
and provide accurate information to clients.
Make
outbound calls
to follow up on enquiries and warm leads.
Convert incoming leads into booked consultations or sign-ups.
Maintain accurate call logs and update internal systems.
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance KPIs.
Handle basic administrative tasks related to client communication.
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum
1 year experience
in telesales or call centre environment (essential).
Excellent verbal communication and telephone handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Confident, motivated, and target-driven.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
Strong customer service mindset.
