Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
Promote and sell products or services through B2B sales techniques and telemarketing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce.
Provide detailed information about products and services, addressing customer queries professionally.
Update customer details in the CRM system promptly and accurately.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall service quality.
Document call outcomes and relevant information in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure in a target-driven environment.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a professional attitude.
Prior experience working in a call centre environment is beneficial but not essential.
