We are seeking a motivated and confident

Telemarketer

to join our team. In this role, you will connect with businesses, promote our funded and accredited cybersecurity training programmes, and generate qualified leads for our account managers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation at the forefront of cybersecurity education.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to businesses to introduce our cybersecurity awareness training and services Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects based on their needs Schedule appointments for senior team members to discuss funded training opportunities Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Monday.com) Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and events Provide excellent customer service, answering basic queries about our services Collaborate closely with colleagues to improve lead generation and conversion outcomes

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in

B2B sales

or

telemarketing

is highly desirable Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Resilient and self-motivated, able to handle rejection positively Proficient in using CRM software or similar systems (training provided) Interest in cybersecurity, technology, or business development is an advantage
