Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our sales initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers over the phone.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest. Utilise CRM software and Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and update client information accurately. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain a professional demeanour while communicating with clients, ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts and increasing conversion rates. Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine marketing strategies.

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is highly desirable. Understanding of 3PL, Transport, Bonded Warehousing, fulfiment processes Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships. Strong command of English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader audience. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for the development of rapport with potential clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
