Telesales Executive - Basildon - Permanent, Full Time

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Salary:

25,000 plus commission and discretionary bonus

An expanding and well respected freight forwarding company in Basildon is looking for a confident and driven Telesales Executive to join their growing sales team.

This is a new business role focused on outbound sales and account development across a range of commodities. You will work closely with the Department Head initially, with full training and ongoing support provided.

Key responsibilities

Making outbound sales calls daily Developing new business opportunities Building and managing your own sales pipeline Quoting shipments following training and guidance Handling objections and building client relationships

Skills and experience

Previous experience in a targeted sales or telesales role Confident, motivated, and resilient attitude Strong communication skills Logistics or freight forwarding sales experience is beneficial but not essential
