Responsibilities

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, primarily focusing on B2B sales opportunities. Present our products and services persuasively, addressing client needs and objections effectively. Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM software, ensuring data integrity and follow-up actions. Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure high-quality sales prospects. Follow up with potential clients via email or additional calls to nurture relationships and close sales. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding the customer base. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness.

Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or related roles. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software platforms. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads efficiently. Demonstrated ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
