The Role

We are looking for a proactive and engaging Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a Sales Development role focused on generating interest in our solutions and creating warm leads for our Technical Sales Team, who will handle the full sales cycle from design to installation.

As a key part of the business development process, you will be responsible for outreach and lead qualification, booking in site surveys for our sales team, and ensuring that potential customers understand the benefits of our LED lighting, solar PV, EV charging, and heat pump solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Engage potential customers via telephone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce Good Eco Group's solutions. Generate interest in our building solutions and renewable energy offerings and identify warm leads. Book site surveys for the Technical Sales Team with decision-makers in sectors such as industrial, commercial, healthcare, education, retail, and local authorities. Qualify leads to ensure they align with our target customer profile before passing them on to the sales team. Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, accurately logging all conversations, follow-ups, and sales opportunities. Work closely with the marketing team to support outreach campaigns and targeted lead-generation initiatives. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets for call volume, lead generation, and booked surveys. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and Good Eco Group's expanding range of energy-saving solutions.
The Ideal Candidate

Previous telesales, inside sales, or sales development experience (B2B preferred, ideally within energy, sustainability, solar pv or LED lighting). Confident, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for engaging new customers. Strong communication and persuasion skills - able to generate interest, build rapport, and handle objections. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls to initiate conversations with prospective clients. Experience in using a CRM system to track and manage leads. Ability to work independently while being a team player in a fast-paced environment. Interest in sustainability, energy efficiency, and renewable technologies is an advantage.
