What you'll do:
Speak with warm and informed inbound leads.
Build trust, rapport and understand patient needs.
Handle objections with confidence and book consultations with ease.
Stay up to date on our services, team members and promotions.
What we're looking for:
At least
2 years of experience
in telesales, appointment setting, or a similar high-value role.
A confident, engaging phone presence with excellent communication skills.
Strong closing and objection-handling abilities.
Experience with CRM software.
A driven, positive mindset and a genuine desire to help people.
B2B experience is a bonus!
