Job Brief



We are looking for a competitive Telesales Representative to help us expand our business by actively acquiring new clients. You'll identify if they qualify for our services and help them claim back what they're legally entitled to, if eligible, on a no win, no fee basis.

We know cold calling often gets a bad reputation, but this isn't that kind of role. We're not a scam or "hard-sell" company, our work genuinely helps people recover money they're owed, and every client is treated with honesty and professionalism.

The goal is to build strong, trusting relationships to ensure growth, repeat business, and referrals while maintaining the firm's reputation for integrity and care.

Telesales Representative duties and responsibilities



Contact potential clients and create rapport through professional, friendly phone
conversations, no pressure tactics, just genuine engagement.

Clearly explain our no win, no fee service and help clients understand how we can
assist them in reclaiming what they're legally entitled to.

Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and discuss our
services honestly and transparently.

Ensure all new potential clients qualify before proceeding. Collect all relevant information and documents from clients accurately and securely. Always keep in close contact with clients, ensuring they are fully up to date with their
claim's progress.

Gain clients' full trust by being confident, knowledgeable, and providing honest,
ethical advice at all times.

Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements



Proven sales or telesales experience is essential. We're looking for someone who
understands the sales process, enjoys hitting targets, and is genuinely motivated to

succeed.

You must be driven, confident, and hungry to achieve -- this role rewards effort,
persistence, and positive energy.

Ability to work with computers, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills -- confidence is key. A proactive mindset with the ability to turn leads into long-term client relationships. Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard office hours. This doesn't mean
sitting on a laptop all night but being available if a client needs a few minutes of your

time. The more effort you put in, the more you gain -- through referrals, new clients,

and

uncapped commission

GCSEs or A-Levels/Degree desired.

1 x Full-time, Permanent - Monday to Thursday: 09:30-17:00 | Friday: 09:30-16:00 (36.5hrs per week)

1 x Part-Time, Permanent - Monday and Wednesday: 09:30-17:00 | Friday: 09:30-16:00

(21.5hrs per week)

Starting Salary: 23,500 per year + uncapped commission (average OTE 40,000-60,000 per annum). - Part-time salary pro rata based on hours worked.

Initial Pay: 23,500 starting salary. After 12 Months: Increase to 25,000 (subject to continued target achievement). Annual Pay Review: Conducted thereafter, based on overall performance and results.

Working Hours:



(applies to both roles during training and progression)

First 6 Months (Training Period):
o Monday & Wednesday: 09:30 - 17:00 Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 09:30 - 14:45

After 6 Months (Full Schedule):
o Monday to Thursday: 09:30 - 17:00

o Friday: 09:30 - 16:00

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 23,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 21.5 - 36.5 per week
