Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. This role offers an excellent chance to develop sales skills within a supportive environment, utilising CRM software and communication expertise to achieve targets.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, primarily focusing on B2B sales opportunities Promote our products and services effectively, tailoring pitches to meet client needs Maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer information using CRM software such as Salesforce Follow up with leads generated from initial contact to convert prospects into clients Manage and organise call lists to maximise outreach efficiency Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries professionally and courteously Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding the client base

Experience

Prior experience in telemarketing or B2B sales is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Strong communication skills are required. Demonstrated ability to build rapport over the phone and handle objections effectively Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,440.00-30,000.00 per year
