About the Role



You are joining our team

as a Telesales Executive, responsible for managing and growing relationships with an established group of customers. Our customers already know and trust us, and your role is to build on that foundation.

Your goal will be to understand each customer's needs, identify opportunities to help them get more value from our products, and grow their spend over time. You'll create new sales opportunities through genuine conversations, providing excellent service, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring every customer feels supported and appreciated. In short, you'll turn everyday conversations into strong, long-term partnerships that drive results.

You will have built an excellent knowledge of our system and CRM database

To achieve this, you will:



Call a minimum of 60 customers a day, prep for the phone call and take the relevant actions afterwards to support the customer at the highest level

In your first 3 months you will be aiming to achieve 5-10 minute conversations and engage with the customer to understand their needs

Identifying additional sales opportunities by looking at sales patterns and trends

Building relationships with your customers through calls

Updating and maintaining your sales communications on our CRM database

Working closely with the wider team to identify areas of improvement

You will be responsible for tracking figures against your own target.

We will provide you with full training and support throughout



Essential Criteria



1-2 years sales experience, telesales or face to face

Strong communication skills

Comfortable talking over the phone

Experience using Excel & Microsoft teams.

Can commute to and work from our Harlow office Monday - Friday

Advantageous Criteria



Previous experience using a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)

Your team



You will be working with a friendly and supportive team of 4 people based in Harlow.

You will report into Annabel our Head of Internal Sales and work most often with your customers, your fellow team members and the wider GreenBrook team.

This is an office-based role, We're close to the town centre with excellent access to shops, cafes and local amenities. We have an open-plan environment that helps us work closely as a team and to encourage collaboration on new ideas.

We are a close-knit team, and you can often find us working together on projects or to hit a deadline, our environment really helps bring everyone together.
