Responsibilities

The role focuses on targeting new and dormant accounts to boost sales and margin performance, while actively promoting the company's products and services. Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to generate interest and leads. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions. Meet or exceed daily call targets while maintaining high-quality communication standards. Working closely with the Manager and sales team, you'll produce accurate customer quotations. The goal is to maintain and grow your customer base by delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and encouraging repeat business.

Experience

Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable. Experience within the Telecommunications Industry is desirable but not essential. Strong verbal communication skills in English is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
