Duties will include:
Speaking with new clients to promote our services.
Following up on warm leads provided by the company to generate new business opportunities.
Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs.
Managing and updating client and lead information accurately.
Working towards achievable sales and performance targets.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional approach at all times.
Supporting the wider team with general office and admin tasks when required.
Required Skills:
Previous telesales experience is preferred.
Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Organised with attention to detail.
Motivated, positive attitude, and eager to learn and develop.
