Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic

Telesales Executive

to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing over the phone. Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed log of all calls. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Maintain positive relationships with clients. Meet monthly sales targets. Update CRM or call records with status and follow-ups.

Skills

Proven experience in telesales or customer service is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette.
