Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and the ability to engage customers over the phone. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services. Effectively communicate product benefits and features to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts. Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources. Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential. Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and effectively convey information. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving targets. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to speak Hindi, Turkish or Urdu
