Job Description

Job Purpose

The Telesales Executive plays a key role in calling new customers to convert leads generated in-house or via third-party partners. This position involves engaging prospects over the phone, educating them about the environmental and financial benefits of our eco-friendly products, and converting interest into confirmed sales -- all while upholding the company's mission of supporting a cleaner, greener future.

Customer eligibility checks must be completed accurately as part of the sales process to ensure that all leads result in successful and compliant installations.

Key Responsibilities

oConduct outbound sales calls to promote eco-friendly products and renewable energy solutions and convert leads to install (e.g. solar panels, insulation, heat pumps, EV charging, green tariffs).

oRespond promptly to inbound customer enquiries and qualify leads.

oEducate potential customers on the environmental and financial benefits of switching to sustainable solutions.

oBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

oConsistently meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.

oMaintain accurate customer and sales records using the company's CRM system.

oHandle objections confidently and provide tailored solutions to customer needs.

oCollaborate with the marketing team to refine campaigns and improve lead generation quality.

oStay informed about environmental regulations, incentives, and emerging green technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

oMinimum 1 year experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in the energy, sustainability, or home improvement sectors).

oKnowledge of renewable energy solutions or eco products is highly desirable.

oGCSEs / A-Levels or equivalent required; further education in Business, Marketing, or Environmental Studies is a plus.

Performance Indicators

oMonthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.

oLead-to-sale conversion rate.

oCustomer satisfaction scores.

oQuality and accuracy of CRM records.

Working Conditions

oOffice-based

oCore working hours 37 hour week, operating between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday

oUncapped commission structure and performance-based bonuses.

oOngoing training on sustainability products and green technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-35,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
