The job:
We're looking for a Tenant Services Property Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on the day-to-day management of residential properties on behalf of corporate and housing association clients, supporting tenants, coordinating maintenance, and helping ensure properties remain compliant and well-managed. You'll be part of a team that oversees a diverse portfolio, gaining hands-on experience across both private and affordable housing.
Job duties:
Assisting with regular property inspections and reporting on condition and maintenance needs
Coordinating routine repairs, refurbishments, and general upkeep
Monitoring on-site contractor activity and ensuring work is completed to standard
Helping ensure all buildings remain compliant with health & safety and regulatory requirements
Supporting correspondence with tenants, landlords, and contractors
Assisting with meetings, resident updates, and contractor coordination
Maintaining accurate records of property performance, inspections, and compliance
Supporting the management of budgets and reporting on financial activity across the portfolio
Contributing to the ongoing review and improvement of allocated properties
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in residential property management or housing
Confident communicator who is comfortable liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
Organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail
Basic understanding of property compliance, maintenance, and H&S considerations
Good written and numerical skills
Full UK driving licence
Familiarity with systems such as Fixflo (preferred)
