Ticket Seller

This role involves the selling of tickets, meeting & greeting our passengers and processing vouchers for the Citysightseeing service. You will also be involved in the regulation of the city tour schedule.

The role is primarily customer facing sales where you will be the first point of contact for our passengers. You will represent the company by being friendly, approachable and informative about our services with the priority being to enhance the customer experience of Citysightseeing Belfast.

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided, however, an interest in tourism and knowledge of Belfast and Northern Ireland is preferred.

Applicants must have good communication skills, be presenatable, approachable and friendly.

Strong numeracy skills are required alongside an outgoing positive attitude. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a customer service or sales roles.

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
