Taygrow Ltd are a potato a marketing company with a group of growers who supply leading customers throughout the UK, Ireland and EU. Based in rural Perthshire, near Abernyte, Taygrow have been operating for over 8 years with steady growth throughout this period. We also procure high health seed for our suppliers.
Taygrow require a trading administrator to aid this continued growth
This is an exciting role within a dynamic team who pride themselves on delivering a quality product to our customers along with high standards of product safety due diligence to maintain confidence through to the end consumer, making us the go-to company for sourcing raw material on behalf of our customers.
We require a creative, self-motivated candidate who will be given the opportunity, freedom and support to help develop the administration processes of a progressive team.
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:
Be resourceful, confident and detail orientated
Must be IT proficient, with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Have basic knowledge of accounts processes and systems
Strong organisational and time management skills
Takes pride and responsibility in own performance
Good timekeeping and attendance
The ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
Previous experience in an office administration environment is preferable.
Office duties include:
Manage stock control programme
Assist with Import/Export documentation
Aid office process creation and management
Provide support to the Taygrow Team
Organise, coordinate and monitor seed & ware trades from initial enquiry to completion
Confidently act as point of contact between staff, suppliers, hauliers and customer
General Office duties.
