We are looking for a committed and motivated individual to join our team as a
Trainee Registered Manager
at a well-established children's home in
Bradford
. This is a rare opportunity to progress into a Registered Manager role with full support, structured training, and a clear development pathway.
About the Role:
As a Trainee Registered Manager, you will:
Work closely with the current leadership team to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to become Ofsted-registered.
Support the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
Contribute to staff development, team leadership, and operational management.
Be mentored through your registration process and transition into a fully registered role.
Play a key role in delivering positive outcomes for children and young people with complex needs.
About You:
You'll be a strong and caring leader with:
A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - Level 5 or willingness to work towards it is essential.
Significant experience in a senior role within a children's residential home.
A clear understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding practices, and Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
The drive and ambition to become a Registered Manager within 6-12 months.
A child-focused approach with excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
