At Bess, we believe in building more than just a children's home - we're creating a place where young people feel truly safe, seen, and supported. Our small, 2-bedded EBD setting is settled, stable, and filled with heart. The team here isn't just staff - we're a family with a shared purpose: to make a genuine, lasting difference in the lives of the children we care for.
Now, we have an amazing opportunity for the right person to join our journey. Whether you're an experienced Deputy Manager ready for the next step, or a passionate, committed individual looking to grow into a Trainee Registered Manager role - this is your chance to shine.
You'll be stepping into a home that's already thriving, with a strong team and supportive leadership behind you. But what makes this role truly special is the opportunity to build your own legacy - to bring your personality, ideas, and heart into something that's growing every day.
This is your chance to grow, lead, and build your own legacy in a home that's already thriving. You won't be doing it alone - you'll have the full support of a hands-on Director and a dedicated Responsible Individual, both there to guide you every step of the way. We believe in growing great leaders through real support, not just supervision.
At Bess, we do things differently. We're fun, we're supportive, and we care - not just about the children, but about each other. If you're ready to be part of something meaningful, exciting, and full of potential, we'd love to welcome you in.
Let's build something beautiful together.
